Kayla Castro joined PartnerCentric as a Marketing Analyst in April 2017. Her duties include data analysis and reporting, client communication, and assisting with recruitment campaigns to help the team strengthen affiliate programs for our clients.
Kayla holds a degree in Human Geography from University of London, and she joined our team with 6 years of experience in statistics, analysis, and finance management.
An aspiring data whiz, Kayla was driven to affiliate marketing because it has a strong emphasis on data-centric marketing and is a fast-paced, engaging environment. She loves working with Excel and diving into large sets of data to create logical paths of action and clarity for our clients.
Kayla spends most of her free time perusing the Santa Monica farmers’ markets, golfing, and traveling the globe with her husband to find the world’s best tacos.
