Stephanie Harris is the owner and CEO of PartnerCentric, the largest woman-owned and fully-remote performance marketing agency in the space. A veteran of the industry, Stephanie got her start as an award-winning affiliate program manager, personally managing at one time some of the largest programs that are still in the PartnerCentric portfolio today. Her tenure and philosophy that in order to lead you have to know how to do every role, has given her a comprehensive view of the industry as well as the ability to propel it forward with vision, talent and drive.
Stephanie Harris lives in New York with her husband and four children. She’s been loving podcasts these days, and has a regular rotation of “The Daily,” “The Tim Ferriss Show,” “Hardcore History,” “The Growth Show,” and “Freakonomics” in her subscription list.

Travis Broad is a director at Capital One, leading the Strategic Partnership Group for Digital Affiliate Marketing. He has been with Capital One for twelve years, having held positions in Consumer and Small Business Credit Policy, Small Business Deposit Product Strategy, and for the last six years in the Commercial Banking Group where he focused on both growth and loss mitigation strategies.
Travis holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a joint M.B.A. from Berkeley Haas School of Business and Columbia Business School.
Stephen Harrell – Senior Affiliate Manager, BankRate
Stephen Harrell, Senior Affiliate Manager at Bankrate Credit Cards, has been in the credit cards business for 16 years. He is an expert on all things affiliate, tracking industry trends and focusing on building strategic partnerships for growth. Customer service is a priority for Harrell. American Express used to say, “Don’t leave home without it” but for Harrell, the thing he can’t leave home without is his phone, ensuring that he is always available to partners.
Jeff Ransdell – VP of Customer Success, Impact
Since 2000, Jeff has held leadership roles in strategic account management, business development and global operations for established companies and start-ups in MarTech, most recently joining Impact in June 2016. Jeff has worked with credit card advertisers throughout his career, and since 2010 has focused on design and implementation of compliance solutions in financial services.
