SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Objective:

This role exists to drive new client growth for PartnerCentric by maintaining a best in class outbounding machine for generating qualified leads through tactics including cold calls, outbound email campaigns, Linkedin prospecting and other techniques. This role also supports the sales team by providing tactical support of sales audits, and develops efficient processes for lead generation and sales audit support.

Must have a hunter mindset, strong selling skills, comfort with analytics and digital commerce, and be driven to exceed targets. Must be a self-starter, persistent, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate individual. Must also have the ability to work with limited supervision, but have the desire to be a part of a high-performing team environment. Success in the role can lead to promotions into more senior sales functions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Research new business opportunities
  • Generate quality new business leads across the industry through tactics including cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn networking and more
  • Be able to pull and compile reports and manipulate data in Excel
  • Work in concert with existing sales team members to generate prospects
  • Assist with preparation of sales presentation materials and prospective client program audits

  • Must be comfortable cold calling and doing cold outreach in other forms

ACCOUNT MANAGER

PartnerCentric, Inc., an industry-leading fully remote performance marketing agency with over 50 employees based in the US and Europe, is looking for a full-time account manager. At our core, we build meaningful relationships and aim to be the best partners for our clients and for each other. We are 100% funded by happy customers and provide premium performance marketing services to retail and lead advertisers.

To provide tailored and strategic insights to help maximize growth for our clients. The right candidate must have the ability to analyze trends to provide key takeaways for future strategy and growth. Must be a self-starter, persistent, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate individual. Must also have the ability to work with limited supervision, but have the desire to be a part of a high-performing team environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts; act as the lead and main point of contact
  • Develop strategies/objectives for each client and execute on them, ensuing in growth.
  • Develop Rhythm and Workflow for each client. This includes:
    • Weekly calls
    • Monthly strategy sessions
    • Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Annual Reviews
  • Maintain and retain key affiliate partnerships to foster growth
  • Build strategy on recruitment efforts and new opportunities
  • Negotiate and secure placements for clients
  • Regularly report program performance to clients (i.e. weekly status updates)
  • Analyze web traffic and sales metrics
  • Provide financial forecasting
  • Be a team player who demonstrates leadership through coaching and proper delegation of work.

MARKETING ANALYST

Core Responsibilities

  • Pulling, compiling reports, and manipulating data in Excel
  • Supporting affiliate recruitment campaigns and reporting on progress
  • Handling affiliate optimization and activation campaigns and reporting on progress
  • Link upload: Uploading and formatting client offers as text links, banner links, and other similar creative.
  • HTML newsletter creation: This is our primary means of distributing client links, offers, and other important information to affiliates.
  • Email communication with affiliate partners
  • Collaboration with your internal account team to develop and carry out client strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Excel competency test will be given to strong candidates
  • 1-2 years of affiliate marketing experience (or similar experience) a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Objective:
The mission of PartnerCentric’s Sales Development Rep is to increase bookings and quota attainment across the team through tactics including cold calls, outbound email campaigns, linkedin prospecting and other techniques. The SDR achieves this by creating awareness, access, and prospect commitment to meet with PartnerCentric’s Reps for the purpose of a business discussion to assess fit and develop a case for change from a current affiliate program.

INTERNAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST- PART TIME

We are seeking a remote, part-time Internal Support Specialist to join our Internal Support Team for 20-25 Hrs./Wk. The Internal Support Team provides tactical support to our Client Services Department, by bringing economy of scale to the routine functions of effective affiliate marketing.  We assist our account teams in the execution of campaign strategies across a diverse client portfolio, representing many different verticals.  Our mission is to maximize their efficiency by streamlining the processes that reoccur across all programs. This position will give you exposure to a wide variety of different promotional strategies and tactics utilized in successful affiliate marketing campaigns. It will give great insight into industry workings and help you develop a wide variety of marketable skills. This opportunity is a great stepping stone to the affiliate and e-commerce industry! Expected Duties Including but not limited to:

  • Tracking Link Construction
  • HTML Support/Publisher outreach (including copy writing)

AFFILIATE MARKETING INTERN

Overview
PartnerCentric, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, self-starter with an extreme interest and love for performance marketing. We have created an opportunity for you to learn more about the industry and help get your foot in the door with affiliate marketing. This is a paid internship that will give you the opportunity to get hands-on performance marketing experience in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You’ll learn what it takes to launch online campaigns, what it takes to grow them and how it all fits together in between. If you have a strong will to learn, take direction well and are determined to break into Affiliate Marketing, then this is the perfect internship for you!
