Influencer marketing is deeply rooted in social media, but it doesn’t have to be exclusive to it. A recent report took a deep dive into consumer data to explore how brands can drive added effectiveness by working with influencers beyond social media. This Mediacom article notes, brands will benefit from reaching consumers “not only while they’re scrolling through social media, but also when they’re shopping in-store, waiting at a bus stop, or listening to a podcast.”
