Stephanie Harris is the owner and CEO of PartnerCentric, the largest woman-owned (WBE certified) and fully-remote performance marketing agency in the space. A veteran of the industry, Stephanie got her start as an award-winning affiliate program manager, personally managing at one time some of the largest programs that are still in the PartnerCentric portfolio today. Her tenure and philosophy that in order to lead you have to know how to do every role, has given her a comprehensive view of the industry as well as the ability to propel it forward with vision, talent and drive.

Stephanie Harris lives in New York with her husband and four children. 


Travis Broad – Director of Strategic Partnerships, Capital One

Travis Broad is a director at Capital One, leading the Strategic Partnership Group for Digital Affiliate Marketing. He has been with Capital One for thirteen years, having held positions in Consumer and Small Business Credit Policy, Small Business Deposit Product Strategy, and for the last seven years in the Commercial Banking Group where he focused on both growth and loss mitigation strategies.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a joint M.B.A. from Berkeley Haas School of Business and Columbia Business School.

Andy DeMotte – VP, Bankcard Marketing, Amalgamated Bank of Chicago

Andy DeMotte is Vice President of Bankcard Marketing with Amalgamated Bank of Chicago, where he leads card acquisition and balance-building initiatives. He has been with ABOC since early 2018, and previously held diverse roles with Discover Card and Citi Retail Services. Since joining ABOC, he has focused on developing new digital acquisition channels and launching an omnichannel cardmember activation strategy.

Andy has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Oscar Weis – VP of Marketing, Petal

Oscar Weis is the VP of Marketing for Petal. He’s been with the company since January ’18 and oversees the acquisition, brand, and customer marketing functions. Prior to Petal, Oscar has freelanced and worked full-time for a handful of e-commerce startups – most notably Dollar Shave Club, where he helped scale the subscriber base from 70k to over 3M customers.
