Tracie Gross

Tracie is PartnerCentric’s Director of Client Services – Partner Success. Due to her vast experience in client services and a passion for publisher relations, she works with publishers, clients, vendors, and our team internally to further nurture existing publisher relationships and build new ones. Responsibilities include publisher management, partner recruitment, and management of partner information among other exciting new initiatives for clients.

She started her career as a customer service specialist at GSI Commerce (now Radial Corp), an outsourced e-commerce solution for major retailers. After two years, she discovered a passion for affiliate marketing and joined that unit within the company. There she managed the affiliate programs of DicksSportingGoods.com, LinenNThings.com, LizClaiborne.com, and RadioShack.com.

Tracie often attends affiliate marketing trade shows to represent PartnerCentric and the merchants whose programs she manages. Tracie is a devoted sports fan who enjoys cheering on her favorite teams with her husband, Jon, and twins James and Isla, from their home outside of Philadelphia.
