Technical Operations Specialist

Long Term Mission: This role will be critical in contributing to our long-term goals to expand our technical services, especially as PartnerCentric works towards “0 days to launch”, assisting with building innovations with our services around analytics and compliance. The Implementations Specialist will assist in bringing efficiencies to routine technology tasks and assist in development and execution of new innovations.

Near Term Mission: This role fulfills key functions for PartnerCentric as a best in class agency. The Implementations Specialist will contribute to efficient and correct integrations of new clients, as well as assisting with troubleshooting and diagnosis of new tracking issues for all of our clients. This includes tracking testing, review of tracking code and communication with our clients to update and correct technical and compliance issues. Duties also encompass ownership of product feed operations and assisting our internal team with technical issues and inquiries. This position also plays a key role in the setup and configurations of our internal technologies.

Functional Accountabilities

Client Implementation Testing

  • Ensure correct tracking has been implemented through a designated quality assurance testing protocol

Product Feed Maintenance and Updates

  • Assist clients with required feed updates, including formatting and proper upload procedur
  • Verify feeds update at the correct cadence

Tracking Issue Investigations

  • Dig into suspected and known issues to resolve efficiently and correctly

Administration of on and off boarding tasks

  • Create projects in Asana to assist in product management
  • Create and maintain new client documentation
  • Creation and maintenance of integration slack channels

Administration of PartnerCentric technology

  • Company onboarding and offboarding
  • Configuration of attribution controls and settings
  • Basic attribution analysis
  • Client Analytics analysis (GA4)

Communicate with clients and partners as needed

Competencies

Analytics and Attribution

  • Understanding of different attribution models, analysis of those models, and understanding of the implications on performance measurement
  • GA4 Experience

Technical expertise

  • Ability to comprehend testing protocol, and unique scenarios for various integrations and platforms
  • Able to learn where tracking code lives in various tracking platforms, as well as the ability to interpret the components and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to construct and interpret technical documentation
  • Interest and ability to research and interpret new tracking technologies and platforms independently.
  • Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS, or database solutions
  • Entry level or course level coding experience
  • Strong communication skills with a history of working across multiple teams
  • Technical understanding of data solutions, including the ability to read and write object-oriented languages
  • Experience in creative problem-solving

Product Feed expertise

  • Ownership of best practices for product feeds capabilities for various platforms.
  • Understanding of testing and troubleshooting protocols for feeds as necessary.

Integrations & Off-boarding process expertise

  • Understanding of necessary steps to integrate and off-board clients.
  • Understanding of support systems that we utilize to integrate and off-board our clients.

Partnership focused

  • Demonstrate ownership in assisting clients and other internal stakeholders. Stakeholders should feel they are working with a trusted partner.

Well-balanced in being clear and concise

Ability to identify and implement efficiencies

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that improve our efficiency and efficacy

Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS a plus
