Head of Product – PartnerCentric (Remote)

A Week in the Life
As the Head of Product, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and
commercialization of PartnerCentric’s FUSE Product Suite and additional proprietary
technologies. Your week might include:

  • Monday: Starting the week with a team stand-up to review key product milestones, identify
    blockers, and align on priorities. Analyzing feedback from internal teams and clients to
    refine the product roadmap.
  • Tuesday: Presenting to a potential client during a sales meeting, showcasing the value of the
    FUSE Product Suite. Reviewing data on recently launched features to evaluate their
    performance and impact.
  • Wednesday: Collaborating with marketing to develop messaging for an upcoming product release.
    Hosting a brainstorming session with the development team to explore innovative
    solutions for a user-reported challenge.
  • Thursday: Leading a training session for the client services team, focusing on new product
    features, their applicability to client challenges, and how they can be effectively
    communicated to clients.
  • Friday: Wrapping up the week with a cross-functional meeting to align product, marketing, and sales initiatives. Finalizing a feature prioritization document for the next sprint planning session.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy:
    ○ Develop a forward-thinking product vision and roadmap for the FUSE Product
    Suite and other proprietary technologies.
    ○ Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends to inform
    product strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    ○ Actively gather input from internal teams, clients, and industry partners to
    prioritize product development efforts.
    ○ Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored presentations to prospects and
    clients.
  • Product Evangelism:
    ○ Represent PartnerCentric technology as a spokesperson during sales
    opportunities, client meetings, press engagements, and industry events.
    ○ Advocate for the transformative impact of PartnerCentric solutions within the
    partner marketing ecosystem.
  • Product Marketing:
    ○ Define and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
    ○ Develop key messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product value to diverse audiences.
  • Pricing and Monetization:
    ○ Establish pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
    ○ Analyze market dynamics to adjust pricing models as necessary.
    ○ Support sales and marketing, data and insights, and other services leads to curate direct and non-direct technology revenue.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    ○ Manage a high-performing team of developers, freelancers, and contractors.
    ○ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across the organization.
  • Metrics and Continuous Improvement:
    ○ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
    ○ Use data-driven insights to iterate on features and optimize product performance.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record in product management, including product strategy, roadmap
    execution, and go-to-market leadership.
  • Experience managing SaaS or proprietary technology platforms.
  • Expertise in affiliate and partner marketing is a strong plus.
  • Experience with practical applications of AI and LLM solutions.
  • Experience managing development resources and both backend and frontend decision
    making
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical
    and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external development
    resources.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
