Tom Rathbone

Tom Rathbone first joined PartnerCentric in 2008. Over his tenure at PartnerCentric, he led the creation of our Technology, Business Intelligence, and Compliance teams, in addition to Pernix.io. As our second-longest tenured employee (only behind Stephanie, our CEO!), Tom has amassed a significant amount of expertise that he brings to his daily work.

Tom leads PartnerCentric in its strategic initiatives, coupling his long industry experience with his technical background to achieve our long-term strategic goals through innovation, development, and deployment of these initiatives.

Tom resides in Maryland, is an avid hockey player and Washington Capitals fan, and spends most of his free time working on his small historic farm.
