As a Technical Operations Manager at PartnerCentric, Jamie works with our technology team on implementing new programs, product feed maintenance, and providing tracking and troubleshooting support to clients and affiliates. Jamie has ample customer support experience, cultivating an empathic personality where the most important result is harmony in job performance and customer satisfaction for clients’ service needs. In her previous role at a large affiliate network, her work focused on support for brands, affiliates, and agencies. She provided solutions, platform education, brand migration, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Jamie is an East Coast native and lives in Baltimore, MD. She shares her home with her cat, Ripley. She loves sewing clothes, watching scary movies, and getting tattoos.
