Before joining PartnerCentric, Tess developed a strong track record in leading successful marketing initiatives that significantly enhanced audience engagement and supported brand growth. She is passionate about empowering diverse voices and fostering a thriving community of partners.

Outside of work, Tess enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. She has developed a passion for running over the years, having completed three marathons and three half marathons since 2017!
